The role of the emperor security in the dog service development in Russia at the beginning of the 20th century

The purpose of the article is to analyze setting up of the working dog kennel of the guard service subordinate to the palace commandant. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to study the process of adapting the methods of activity of domestic state security agencies to the challenges and threats caused by the escalation of terrorist activity in the early XX century. As a result, the author comes to conclusion that the study results can be used in the practice of modern cynology services of both the Federal Guard Service of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.Downloads
