MENTORING IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC CIVIL SERVICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (REGIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Abstract

In the article an attempt of definition of essence of mentoring institute, and also its features in the system of public civil service is made. Departmental and regional experience of introduction of mentoring institute on public civil service is examined, on the basis of what the conclusion about possibility of mentoring application in the activity of the executive bodies of government of special competence in the Orel region is made.
