Общественный совет как форма институализации гуманитарной сферы муниципального сообщества

Abstract

The article describes the activities of the Public Council of Nizhnekamsk Municipal Dis-trict of Tatarstan within the socio-philosophical concept of Berger and H. Lukman. High-lighted four ways the constitution and construction of social reality: habitualization, typ-ing, institutionalization and legitimization. Public Council of the municipal district is posi-tioned as a tool for the formation of civil society institutions and the «marketplace» of growth of civic consciousness.
