Abstract

The article deals with the transformation of the legal field activities by NGOs in the re-gions of the Central Federal District as a form of civil initiative. Highlighted problems in the formation of legal field of activities by NGOs in the regions of Russia. The author con-cludes that one of the problematic factors cost-effective activities by NGOs is tax policy. The features of the choice of organizational form with NGOs.
