Репутационный капитал власти как ресурс регионального развития

Abstract

The role of the reputation capital of the authoritiesis shown in the article, as a significant non-material resource of development of regional government system which is capable to strengthen the authorities’ activity and trust of the populationto them, to mobilize citizens for the real interested participation in ma-nagement of the region. The reputation of the power can become a key criterion of social efficiency of the power at any level, as the reputation allows to define a contribution of system of public administration to high-quality development of the society, as it considers as subjective (opinion of the population on the authorities, their value), and objective (real results of the activity) indicators of the authorities’ activity.
