Abstract

The problem of conflict of interests in the system of the civil service of the Russian Federation is up to date. This is due to several reasons, among which the need for further institutional development of state civil service can be highlighted; ass well as the principles of civil service to state and society, formation of moral foundations of official conduct of civil servants, ethical performance of official duties, and others.
