Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of cooperation between the state and civil society in countering extremism in modern Russia. The author points to the role of public associations and organizations in the fight against extremist manifestations, determines the priorities of their cooperation with public authorities. Identified the content of the problems arising in the process of interaction between public associations and state management in the area of countering political extremism. Provides the author's recommendations for improving the support of civil society institutions contributing to the public authorities in the fight against extremism.
