Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on matters related to the movement of goods and vehicles of international transport across the customs border; the legal positions are examined, developed by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, applicable to the same legal provisions of the Customs Code of the Customs Union.
