Сельские поселения как микромодель гражданского общества в рамках муниципального образования

Abstract

State support funds are used in the project given as a grant in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 17.01.2014 № 11-rp, and on the basis of the competition held by the Fund ISEP. This article provides an approach where rural settlements within municipalities are considered as micro model of civil society. The author gives some results of the expert survey performed as a part of the presidential grant.
