Abstract

The article considers the problem of social and economic losses from the spread of drugs and psychotropic substances in the society, taking into account emerging issues and conflicts implementation of anti-drug legislation. The authors distinguishes direct and indirect threats to the economy at the present time; their specificity and classification are allocated and given, including positions of the International Committee on drug control (UN).
