Abstract

The article presents the main aspects of the legal regulation of public hearings in the municipalities (on the basis of the municipality “Orel City”). The order of organization and procedure of public hearings is considered. The author analyzed the current status and importance of public hearings and determined the most common problems of this legal Institute; recommendations for their solution are offered.
