Abstract

The author of the article structured the main components of the mechanism of formation of youth policy in the modern Russian Federation. Problems and the priority directions of the state youth policy in the Orel region are designated. The value of the program approach in the mechanism of realization of youth policy in the Orel region is presented. Taking into account regional specifics, the integrative factors promoting development of potential of youth are revealed.
