Abstract

The article deals with the main directions of socio-economic development of the region, the development of partnership between the different communities on issues of interest of the people of different levels of income and social security. The importance of the partnership is revealed, in terms of areas such as reduction of social tension, elimination of opposing elements, of conflicts.
