FORMATION OF REGULATIONS OF INFORMATION SYSTEM "PERFORMANCE MONITORING OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT"

Abstract

The article substantiates that project management is one of the most effective instruments improving the efficiency of public administration. There are available best national functional project management practices in the public sector, including the social and cultural spheres: health, education and culture and the need to confirm the feasibility of the implementation of this method. Proposals for the implementation of performance monitoring system of project management are carried out: the assessment and monitoring of the projects by all interested actors. Documentary holding of stages of the life cycle of the projects are structured.
