STATE POLICY AS A MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF LONG-TERM STRATEGIES OF THE MODERN STATE

Abstract

The author paid much attention to the question of formation of state policy in the system of planning and implementation of long-term strategies of development of the Russian society. The main universal characteristics of policy of the modern state are defined. Today the state interests are beyond the state, showing evolution of a public sector and division of responsibility for the realized policy with civil structures. Peculiar features of state policy which allocate it from the other types of politicies are revealed.
