Abstract

n the article an attempt of the analysis of a standard institutionalization of policy of innovationsintroduction in the system of public administration is made. On the basis of the analysis of programs of public administration reforming, introduction of information and communication technologies in the sphere of public administration and innovative development of Russia, authors came to a conclusion of increase of interdependence degree of programs of public administration modernization and innovative development. And exactly this fact is connectedby the authors with activization of introduction process of innovatics in process of public administration and accumulation of results of modernization of public management on the basis of application of information and communication technologies.
