Abstract

The article presents an overview of competence (rights and responsibilities) of private security guards in the Republic of Bulgaria, underlying the problems of their implementation. The nature and different types of competence of private security guards are analyzed; legal and organizational aspects of the implementation; in this case on the basis of theoretical and legal analysis some measures for improvement are suggested.
