Особенности организационных структур в рамках проектного управления

Abstract

The article discusses the principal organizational forms of management used in the framework of project-based management: functional, project, matrix and its variants. The advantages and disadvantages of each form are highlighted in the context of governance and structure of executive authorities. Taking into account the specifics of the powers and tasks entrusted to the executive authorities, solutions to problems of creation of the project office are offered, i.e. the role and optimal organizational form of this element in the structure of the executive bodies are defined.
