Abstract

The analysis of the norms governing the corporate relations at the present stage of development of the legislation is submitted actual. Authors addressed to the historical background because prototypes of legal entities have been known in Russia since ancient times. The regulations existing during various historical periods in view of discrepancy and plurality created difficulties in their application. In the article the need of improvement of the system of norms governing the corporate relations is proved.
