Типология основных антикоррупционных стратегий государства

Abstract

Corruption has become a major threat to Russian national security, the leading factor in the stagnation of the economy, preservation and development of pronounced social inequalities in spite of the efforts of the state. This requires development and implementation of targeted anti-corruption policy of the state. Anti-corruption policy is the development and implementation of versatile and consistent measures of the state and society on elimination (minimization) of the causes and conditions that generate and feed corruption in different spheres of life. Taking into account that corruption is no permanent counter it tends to expand and mimicry, it is necessary the anti-corruption function of the state to be allocated over time, as one of its basic tasks. The article deals with the main types of anti-corruption strategies implemented by modern states, they are defined as positive and negative consequences of their implementation.
