Возможности организации проектного офиса в структуре региональных органов исполнительной власти на примере Новгородской области

Abstract

The article discusses the use of project management in the public administration at the regional level in the implementation of state programs. Possibilities and importance of the implementation of project-oriented management model on the example of Novgorod region is indicated. It reveals the role and importance of state programs in the regions of the Russian Federation, as the key instruments for implementing public policies at the regional level. Special attention is paid to the principles of the use of project management in the context of the traditional model of organizational structure of the executive authorities. The article identifies the place, role and tasks of the project office in the structure of regional executive authorities on the example of the Novgorod region.
