Abstract

n the article the author reveals specifics of functioning of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League in the process of institutionalization of youth initiatives. On the example of the activities of the Komsomol organization priorities of development of youth public associations and organizations are given in conditions of modern Russian. Further in the article a number of the main stages of formation of state youth policy is given in Post-Soviet Russia regarding development of youth movement. Also in the article the attention is paid to problems of development of youth organizations and associations in the regions. The author provides the reasoned proofs about a role of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League in the system of formation of subjectivity of the younger generation, as well as in stimulation of youth social and political initiatives.
