Корпоративный Кодекс управления как механизм разрешения конфликтов интересов в корпорации

Abstract

The article is devoted to an urgent problem of searching effective mechanisms of coordination of interests of numerous participants of corporate relations, protection of shareholders’ rights and prevention of the right abuse. The analysis of objective prerequisites for acceptance and application of the Corporate Codes adopted by corporations to action on the principle of voluntariness and governing relations on corporate management allowed to make a conclusion about the need of application of KKU and their continuous updating as a mechanism of prevention and resolving conflict of interests in corporations.
