Abstract

The authors consider the termination of property rights on the land, in particular, termined legal facts are highlighted that have the properties of disposiveness (in the case of the possibility to terminate the right of ownership) and imperative (in the case of the need to terminate the right of ownership). It is indicated that there is a clear distinction between voluntary and involuntary termination of ownership of the land.
