Оценка качества медицинской помощи, оказываемой населению различных возрастных групп курской области и соседних регионов России

Abstract

n the article the results of a poll conducted by the authors in the population of the Kursk region and the neibouring regions of Russia are analyzed, in which the quality of medical help is evaluated among the population of 6 age groups. The attitude of doctors and nursing staff to respondents is analyzed when referring to various medical facilities in order to provide preventive, diagnostic or therapeutic medical care. The availability of medical specialists is assessed, as well as the technical equipment of medical organizations that are usually attended. Particular attention is paid to the satisfaction of the population with the organization of work and provision of medical facilities and medical products. The frequency of use of personal finances by patients during examinations or treatment prescribed by the attending physician is revealed. Also, respondents’ satisfaction with the end results of medical care is assessed. Further reform of the health system should be built including the assessment of the current state of the public health care quality.
