Abstract

n the article an attempt is made to analyze standard and legal components of the process of professional development of the personnel of public civil service in the context of reforming of institute of public service. Programs of reforming and development of public service in the context of formation of the professional and competent personnel case are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis the conclusion is made about need of methodological ensuring process of professional development of the personnel of civil service and formation of control institute and assessment of the formation process of new competences.
