Abstract

The article discusses the problems of regulating evaluation activity. The main task of the article is to examine and analyze regulatory changes of evalution activities in the Russian Federation in recent years. Particular attention is paid to the problems of practical application of evaluation results. The characteristics of federal standards of evaluation and emerging contradictions between relevant laws are distinguished and considered.
