К вопросу о соотношении понятий «Несостоятельность» и «Банкротство»

Abstract

n the article conceptual scientific approaches to the question of the ratio of legislatively fixed concepts "insolvency" and "bankruptcy" are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the authors’ position of rather terminological approach to the given categories and their use is proved in the current legislation. The authors come to a conclusion that at this stage the use of the specified concepts of the law reasonable is worth recognizing.
