Конституционно-правовые параметры гражданского общества в России

Abstract

n the article the author gives the analysis of the Russian federal and regional legislation enshrining provisions which are directly relating to institutes of civil society. The author investigates the parameters defining separate aspects of civil society in constitutions and charters of the subjects of the Russian Federation. In the conclusion the author proves that the presence of a scientific discussion of rather difficult concept as "civil society" and its standard fixing with the purpose of its subsequent formalization in the legislation and expedient use in law-enforcement practice is justified and necessary.
