The article is devoted to the research of some actual problems of maintenance of judges’ independence in civil process. The author analyzes interrelation of principle of independence with other principles which have the constitutional character and are realized in civil process. It allows to formulate a conclusion that justice independence is not the personal privilege of judges, but their highest responsibility. The citizens are supposed to be appointed to posts of judges with clear reputation and high legal qualification. A judge should be free in an estimation of the evidence presented by each party of legal dispute, as well legal essence of dispute. In these purposes the judge should be protected from any or unreasonable dismissal or punishment provided that the judge operates honesty in the established purposes of justice.Downloads
