Abstract

The article contains the research results carried out by the authors within the WRC on the relevant topics. The authors propose amending the Code of Provisions on the inclusion of the geographical indication as an object of legal protection in Article 1225 of Chapter 69 of the Code ("General Provisions"), supplementing the list of means of individualization which provides legal protection.
