Особенности и специфика муниципального контроля

Abstract

The article considers the essence, contents and types of municipal control; the priority directions of improvement of its organization are examined. An important part of the article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of municipal control. In the article the conclusion is drawn about municipal control having distinctive features and some specifics, in comparison with other types of control.
