Abstract

n the article the author opens priorities of the development of state youth policy at the regional level. The factors constraining development of youth potential as the real subject of youth policy are systematized. The author stops on the program and target mechanism of the development of state youth policy in the Orel region. The role of youth public associations in increaseof the efficiency of realization of state youth policy in Russia is reasoned, considering regional specifics.
