Abstract

Corruption exists practically worldwide, however for the modern Russia it is one of the most burning issues. Corruption in Russia remains to one of the principal hindrances to implementation of effective management today and threatens political democracy, formation of institutes of civil society as under-mines possibilities of the state for support of growth of welfare of citizens. In article the basic theoretical provisions of a research of an entity of corruption as complex public phenomenon in different foreshortenings reveal. The author defines set of basic approaches to a study of the corruption relations, at the same time focusing attention on the politological direction of understanding of an essence of corruption.
