Abstract

n the article urgent problems of system of customs control in the conditions of globalization of the external economic relations are considered. The orientation of the international customs cooperation of the states on unification and harmonization of norms and principles of the international customs law is revealed. International legal bases of customs regulation of foreign economic activity are defined.
