Охрана объектов историко-культурного наследия: механизмы и формы взаимодействия

Abstract

The article examines five main forms of interaction between society and state, identified by the author. The analysis of the use of these forms by the All-Russian Society for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments in the course of its activities is analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that the All-Russian Society for the Protection of Monuments of History and Culture (hereinafter RSPHCM) is the main public actor in the field of heritage protection.
