Проблема конфликта интересов на государственной службе Российской Федерации

Abstract

n the article the author tries to analyze the process of introduction to system of public service and legal regulation of the concept "conflict of interests". Relevance of formation of uniform system of legal regulation of process of understanding and qualification of situations of conflict of interests is noted. The author proves interrelation of process of counteraction of corruption at public civil service, abuses of powers and conflict of interests. The process of settlement of conflict of interests is considered as the independent direction of anti-corruption policy of the state.
