Abstract

The region in which a person lives is a broad and, at the same time, an immediate socio-cultural environment of his life. A comprehensive assessment of the resource potential of this environment makes it possible to determine the range of possibilities that creates a choice field for a person to develop it. It is important for the city to identify key trends and problems of socio-cultural development continuously, as well as to identify opportunities and resources for implementing the response to modernization.
