Abstract

The article describes the possibilities of using the swot-analysis method in the study of the city image (on the example of Orel city). The authors present the results of the sociological study. The need to study the city image as a factor in the efficiency of the municipal formation and the qualitative component of the formation of high standard of living of the population is determined.
