Abstract

The article deals with the problem of unrecognized states in the post-Soviet space and their international status in the modern world. An analysis of the specifics of public administration and the features of the political regimes of unrecognized states in this region made it possible to assume that success in the state building of unrecognized states should be taken into account when developing criteria for the recognition by the world community of new state entities.
