AUTHORITY OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES OF MUNICIPAL CONTROL

Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the types of municipal control, since at present different variants of formation of control bodies of local self-government are used in the Russian Federation depending on financial and personnel security of municipalities. In order to form an effective system of control bodies of local self-government, a systematic solution of problems in the area of their financial, personnel and methodological support is necessary.
