Abstract

The article examines the executive authorities in the field of migration and issues of concern for the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation. The main normative legal acts and scientific publications are analyzed. A number of actual problems are presented arising from foreign citizens and peoplewithout citizenshiplocated on the territory of the Russian Federation.
