STATUS OF THE LEGAL TECHNOLOGY IN THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE IN THE LATE XIX - EARLY XX CENTURY IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERNIZATION OF LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

In the article the state and problems of the legal technology of the legislation of the Russian Empire at the boundary of the XIXXX centuries are considered. The perspective, declared by the authors, is analyzed in the context of modernization of legislative activity in Russia in the late XIX early XX century. The authors focus attention on the importance of observance of legaltechnical rules of preparation and adoption of laws. Some normative legal acts of the declared period are analyzed with respect to the means of legal equipment contained in them. The authors come to the conclusion that the improvement of the legal technique of the adopted laws was directly correlated with the active modernization of the Russian Empire in the late XIX early XX century.
