HISTORICAL EXPERIENCE OF PRESIDENTIAL CONTROL AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE AND THE GUARANTOR OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

Among the variety of constitutional provisions, the role and place of the Institute of the President of the Russian Federation as the head of state and especially the guarantor of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which has a huge impact on the process of reform and democratization of the Russian society, protection of the sovereignty of the Russian Federation, counteraction to aggressive forces in the implementation of national interests for the further development and strengthening of the new Russia are actively studied and analyzed. The article is devoted to the historical experience of the Presidential control as a component of the constitutional process of the head of state and the guarantor of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which is one of the urgent problems of state-building of the new Russia.
