Ideological and political foundations in the development of the Don komsomol in the 20s -30s of the 20th century

The purpose of the article is to analyze ideological and political foundations in the development of the Don Komsomol in the 20s -30s of the 20th century. The author emphasizes that the problem of the Komsomol participation in the restructuring of the spiritual sphere of life in the 1920s is relevant due to the urgent need to understand the processes of formation of a new social order and a new culture that arose during this period. The author notes that the establishment of a new social system with developed political and ideological control cannot be evaluated unambiguously and only positively, but the constructive experience itself, the process of finding solutions require understanding. On the basis of archival sources, the author draws conclusions about the work, powers, as well as changes in the activities of the Komsomol. The author characterizes the changes that took place in the organization during the period under study and emphasizes that the ongoing transformations depend on the socio-political transformations carried out in the Soviet state, such as literacy, mass defense activities, sports, cultural and educational activities, agricultural extension, work with the pioneer organization, etc. Special attention is paid to the economic campaign of the Komsomol, including the creation of Komsomol shock brigades at enterprises.Downloads
